OC shinigamiName: Shirion Shaolin Shirion Shaolin, is the head of Internal Affairs in Soul Society and is, in effect the 14th Captain. He is an eternally calm man, who doesn't seem to respect very many people. He looks down on his cousin and fellow Captain, Soi Fong, but does appear to have a certain amount of respect for Kenpachi, (reffering to him as Kenpachi-sempai). His lieutenant is Ken Shihou Appearance: Shirion wears a typical shinigami uniform. In addition, he wears a Captain overcoat, only his is pitch black with the kanji for IA in white on the back. His hair is cut short and he has an extremely andrognous look about him. PersOC shinigami
